Lend-A-Shoulder is our employee volunteering program that allows our colleagues to extend their time and skills towards social causes they believe in. It offers a direction to our colleagues who are keen on community development and being a catalyst for social change in their own little ways. We are delighted that our colleagues , through the Lend-A-Shoulder program, have been able to support more than 10,000 people so far.

Access to quality education is the bare minimum that every aspiring student must get. We provide the necessary financial aid to enable students to avail higher education programs. To date, we have been able to successfully support the education goals of more than 17,000 students.

Women's Empowerment is not just a cause for us. We truly believe in helping women become financially independent. We offer women from both rural and urban slums livelihood opportunities, that empower them financially. Through our programs, we have helped more than 3500 women step out and take charge.
