Glossary

For Agents :

  • August Month Target – Card Approval Target for month of August, 2023
  • August Month Achievement – Card Approval Achievement in the month of August, 2023
  • Applicants Referred – Number of customers referred by you in the current month. (Referral Forms submitted)

With respect to Bank:

  • In-progress with Bank – Number of completed applications which are under Bank Processing.
  • Applications Approved – Number of applications which are approved, and cards are created by the Bank in the current month.

WIP Customers :

  • Pending with Customer - Number of customers who have NOT yet completed their application. E.g. Application Incomplete, VKYC Pending.

Card Status:

  • Pending with Customer – Customers who have NOT yet completed their application. E.g. – Application incomplete, VKYC Pending.
  • Application Cancelled – Application is cancelled by the customer or Bank.
  • In-progress with Bank –Application is submitted and is now under Bank Processing.
  • Application Rejected – Application is rejected by the Bank for not meeting Policy criteria.
  • Card Generated – Application is approved by the bank and card is created.
  • Card Activated – Customer has done his/her first successful transaction with the issued LIC Credit Card.
