How the Referral Program Works

The Education Loan Referral Program allows you to refer students planning to pursue higher education in India or abroad and earn rewards when the referred student's loan is successfully disbursed.

Existing IDFC FIRST Bank customers and prospective customers can participate in the referral program through the available referral journey.

You can share your referral link through WhatsApp, SMS, or social media. The student can click the link and submit their details to start the application process.

The student will be required to provide:

Full Name
Mobile Number
Email ID
City PIN Code

You will receive a ₹10,000 Amazon Voucher for every successful Education Loan disbursal through your referral.

Yes. A referrer can earn rewards for up to 3 successful disbursed referrals, with a maximum reward value of ₹30,000.

The reward will be processed after the referred student's Education Loan is successfully disbursed and all program eligibility criteria are met.

Eligible rewards will be shared through the registered communication channel, such as SMS or email, as applicable.

Yes. You will receive updates on your referral journey, including registration, review, approval, disbursal, and reward processing stages.

Yes. Notifications are shared at various stages of the referral journey, keeping you informed of your referral's progress.

Yes. You can refer multiple students, and eligible rewards will be provided for up to three successfully disbursed loan cases.

No. Participation in the referral program is free of charge. (Subject to applicable program terms and conditions.)

Students pursuing eligible higher education courses in India or abroad can apply for an IDFC FIRST Bank Education Loan. Loan eligibility will be assessed as per the Bank's policies.

If the referred application is not approved, no reward will be payable for that referral. The referrer will be informed about the application status.

The detailed Terms & Conditions of the Education Loan Referral Program will be available on the referral portal and shall govern reward eligibility and payouts.
