Checking account balances of all the linked accounts
Getting details of transactions done through these linked accounts
Receiving the difference in interest income earned from such an account as against the interest income that would have been earned if the balance was maintained with IDFC FIRST Bank
Receiving excess bank charges incurred with other banks that are not chargeable at IDFC FIRST Bank
Go to the “Savings” tab in your IDFC FIRST Bank Mobile Banking App’s main dashboard. Look for the “Link accounts” option alongside the “Send Money” and “Create FD” options
In the “Explore” section, go to the “Accounts” dropdown. The “Link accounts” option is available there
You will also find the “Link other bank accounts” option, on your savings account homepage, along with a list of options like view transactions, add funds, change nominee, etc.
Once you click on the Link accounts option, fill in the bank account details and submit, the message “Linking in progress” will appear. Once the linking is complete, the linked account along with the available balance will appear. It’s quite simple
“Digital Rupee” or “e₹” is a legal tender, similar to sovereign paper currency, and is issued in digital form by the Reserve Bank of India. e₹ will offer features of physical cash like trust, safety and settlement finality with atomicity (i.e. immediate settlement of transactions) in digital mode. e₹ represents a direct claim on the central bank.
