Created awareness about our financial products and services in 11 regional languages with an aim to provide good financial practices. Teams at our branches organized camps on weekends, where knowhow on Basics of Banking and Finance was shared with the customers in villages/towns. Special campaigns such as FIRST Volunteering Festival were carried out, where employees voluntarily contributed their time and knowledge for betterment of local villages. IDFC FIRST Bank runs the Lend-A-Shoulder program to enable our employees to volunteer their time and professional skills towards social causes of their choice. During FY2022 - 23, over 6,656 employee volunteers engaged through , the Lend-A-Shoulder programme which supported over 14,000 individuals. The sessions that were conducted included digital literacy, financial literacy, communications, fundraising, mental wellness, social media marketing, etc.
